循序咨询于1991年在美国开展过程改进业务，客户包括阿尔卡特, AT&T, 上海宝信, 中远资讯, 花期银行, Chevron, FEDEX, 华腾软件, 铂金中国, 索尼电子, Take5 People, 东芝, UPS, 联合汽车电子, Venus, 和富士施乐 等。2001年循序咨询在香港成立，并于同年在上海成立了独资企业。
