SPSP is located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, SHANGHAI, PRC.
Situated between the Inner Ring Line and the Outer Ring Line. Close to both Subway and Maglev Station. 30 minutes drive to Pudong International Airport and 35 minutes drive to Hongqiao Airport. Convenient Bus transportation to both Fudan and Jiaotong Universities.

Phase 1 of SPSP has covered 30,000 square meters area, including 7 buildings. Its construction had started in October, 1998 and completed in March, 2000. The investment is about 150 million RMB.
Phase 2 of SPSP has covered 90,000 square meters area. From May 2001 to September 2002, Phase2, which investment is about 270 million RMB, including 19 buildings, had been completed.
The location of the Third Phase:
Within Zhangjiang High-Tech Park and south-east to phase1&2. With an occupation of 588.1 thousand sq.m., the land covers an area south to Zuchongzhi Road, north to Gaoke Road, east to Jinke Road and west to Gaosi Road, Lujiabang. Jinke Road on the west links Jinhai Road and South Ring No. 1 Avenue. Zuchongzhi Road on the north is to Huamu Town.
